  • Event Planning (Full time)

    Job Responsibilities
    1. Responsible for overall event planning, theme creation, process planning, and content design for the Phoenix Music Festival.
    2. Write a complete planning proposal, execution manual, and stage script, coordinate artist stages, stage procedures, on-site interactions, and other related content.
    3. Follow up on the implementation of the plan and cooperate with the project execution team to complete the implementation and optimization of activities.
    4. Track industry trends, refine innovative gameplay, enhance the brand influence and on-site experience of music festivals.

    Job Requirements

    1. College degree or above, with priority given to majors in advertising, exhibition, and media.
    2. More than 1 year of experience in planning music festivals/large-scale performing arts events, familiar with the entire process of the event.
    3. Having excellent copywriting skills, creative abilities, and logical thinking, able to independently complete planning proposals.
    4. Passionate about the music industry, strong resilience, and able to work overtime in conjunction with project milestones.
  • Brand Collaboration (Full time)

    Job Responsibilities
    1. Explore resources such as brand sponsorship, business cooperation, and IP co branding, and connect with corporate clients to complete negotiations and sign contracts.
    2. Write business cooperation plans, sponsor equity packages, and follow up on cooperation implementation and equity execution.
    3. Maintain partnership relationships, organize cooperation cases, and expand long-term business resources.
    4. Assist in completing the music festival investment plan, cooperation data statistics, and review.

    Job Requirements

    1. College degree or above, major in marketing or business management is preferred.
    2. Experience in event investment, brand cooperation, and advertising sales is preferred.
    3. Strong communication skills, capable of business negotiation and proposal writing.

  • New Media Operations (Full time)

    Job Responsibilities
    1. Responsible for the daily operation of the official website, official account, microblog, Little Red Book, short video and other platforms of the Phoenix Music Festival.
    2. Plan and create content (copywriting, posters, short videos, topics) to enhance exposure and fan interaction.
    3. Follow up on artist official announcements, ticket sales, event preheating and other promotional milestones, and plan online interactive activities.
    4. Collect operational data, analyze communication effectiveness, and optimize operational strategies.

    Job Requirements

    1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in new media, communication, or Chinese language.
    2. Familiar with the rules of various platforms, with basic skills in copywriting, short video editing, and poster design.
    3. Good internet experience, understanding music and youth culture, able to create hot topics.
    4. Proficient in using tools such as Jianying and Photoshop, experience in operating entertainment accounts is preferred.
  • Stage design (full-time/part-time)

    Job Responsibilities
    1. Responsible for creative design and rendering of stage visuals, stage design effects, and scene installations for the music festival.
    2. Collaborate with the stage engineering team to complete the implementation of the stage design plan, structural integration, and lighting and sound coordination.
    3. Participate in on-site stage design supervision to ensure the perfect presentation of design effects.
    4. Collect cutting-edge stage design cases in the industry, optimize stage visuals and immersive experiences.

    Job Requirements

    1. College degree or above, major in stage design, environmental art, visual design or related fields.
    2. Proficient in using design software such as CAD, 3DMAX, SU, PS, etc.
    3. Experience in stage design, stage design renderings, and visual design for large-scale events is preferred.
    4. Pay attention to details, be able to coordinate with project implementation, and adapt to the pace of on-site work.
  • Project Execution (Full time)

    Job Responsibilities
    1. Responsible for the implementation of music festival projects, coordinating venue, supplier, construction, and artist reception work.
    2. Follow up on on-site process control, personnel scheduling, emergency response, and ensure the smooth progress of activities.
    3. Coordinate with various departments to implement planning and execution plans.
    4. Complete project review, data organization, on-site data statistics, and other related tasks.

    Job Requirements

    1. College degree or above, with priority given to majors in exhibition, management, and media.
    2. More than 1 year of on-site execution experience in large-scale events/music festivals, familiar with on-site control processes.
    3. Strong execution ability, efficient communication, and possess emergency response and teamwork skills.
    4. Able to accept high-intensity on-site work, strong sense of responsibility, and rigorous in work.
