- 1. Can tickets be returned, exchanged or transferred?
Answer: Tickets are valuable securities and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the event is cancelled; Support official channel transfer, identity binding change needs to be completed according to the process.
- How to collect tickets after purchasing tickets?
Answer: All tickets are electronic tickets. After successful purchase, they will be sent to the purchasing phone number/email address. Scan the code for verification upon entry.
- How many tickets can be purchased with one ID card at most?
Answer: Both single day tickets and two-day passes have one certificate and one ticket. Real name binding cannot be used for duplicate purchases.
- 4. Do children and students have exclusive discounts?
Answer: There are currently no discounted tickets for children/students. Children over 1.2 meters tall need to purchase adult tickets, while those under 1.2 meters tall need to be accompanied by an adult.
- How to apply for group tickets and what discounts are available?
Answer: 10 or more people can apply for group tickets and enjoy exclusive discounts and docking services. They need to fill out the group ticket purchase application form on the official website.
- What documents are required for entry?
Answer: You need to bring the original valid ID card of the ticket purchaser and the QR code of the electronic ticket. Only when the ID card and ticket match can you enter the venue.
